What is BMI?

BMI = Weight[kg] / ( Height[m] x Height[m] ) [Metric Units]
BMI = 703 x Weight[lb] / ( Height[in] x Height[in] ) [English Units]

What does BMI mean?
If your are overweight, obese or morbidly obese, your excess weight can affect your health, increasing your risk for stroke, diabetes, heart disease, liver disease, lung disease, arthritis, infertility, certain cancers, other medical problems and death at a younger age.
