Seminars take place at 6:30 p.m. on the second and fourth Tuesday each month. Seminars on the second Tuesday will be held at the Columbia County Library, 7022 Evans Town Center Blvd., Evans, GA and seminars on the fourth Tuesday will be at the Georgia Regents Alumni Center, 919 15th Street, Augusta, GA.
