Referral Process for Pediatric Neuropsychology

Physicians, psychologists, school systems and parents can initiate a referral by contacting Regina Foreman, our office assistant, at 706-721-0267. Physicians may also fax a referral to 706-721-5238.  If you wish to discuss patient and referral questions, please telephone Morris J. Cohen, Ed.D., Director of the Pediatric Neuropsychology Service at 706-721-0267.
