Pharmacy Residency Program Preceptors
Our residency preceptors are a tight-knit family that consists of both medical center (hospital) employees and full time paid (college) faculty. One unique aspect is that the hospital pharmacists all have appointments as clinical faculty at the University of Georgia College of Pharmacy, and all the full-time faculty also have an appointment as a pharmacist in the hospital pharmacy department. To our medical staff, nursing, administrators and others, we are all one great pharmacy team (which includes our residents!).
